The attractions that we went to Bandung based on the sequence of our activity done on the day excluded our arrival and departure day . Stay tuned  and enjoyed the post and photo ......


A). Tangkuban Perahu :

Surprise , the entrance fee is increase and very expensive , Idr300 per person ... RM90 .
My comment : Nice to visit for first timer . For next visit , Try to avoid  this place if you are in Bandung .

 B). Kopi Luwak factory:

Best educative experienced for the family for learning the process of kopi luwak , the most expensive coffee in the world  . You can buy the coffee at this place with good price .

c). Strawberry Land .

Another interesting place to visit . If you had been to Cameron Highland , it is similar environment but more cooler .

D). Restaurant : Gubug Makan Mang Engking or you can go to Kampong Daun .

E). De Ranch

New attraction to visit . A lot of activity to offer ... most interesting is the horse riding and this is my first experienced in my life . Love the gardens and the green view .

New attraction for visit . Floating markets concept with the man made lake and beautiful landscape . You can find Indonesian foods with hawker concept .

School holiday trip to Bandung 2015 ... Serela Cihampelas Hotel

I booked this hotel via Agoda.com . I been using this website for more than 5 years already . In my opinion , agoda is one of the best in term of their service with a competitive price for the hotel . Further more if you are a member , you can used their reward point for further discount . I had experienced twice when I cancel my booking within a stipulated time , they did refund my money .

Booked this hotel for 5 superior rooms and stayed for 5D4N . The reason why I choose this hotel because it is located at Cihampelas which is really a famous area where you can find a lot of eating places , a jeans shop , Factory outlets ... ie right from low ends shop till the high ends malls known as Ciwalk .

The hotel is newly open and very clean . Their staff very polite and full of hospitality .  Really appreciate they upgrade one of the room to deluxe . We never missed their breakfast . For a budget hotel , their breakfast is awesome , delicious , wide of choices plus the menu changed daily . I really love their coffee and traditional drinks ... the bandret . Their rooms is simple but very comfortable and cleans . The free WIFI also very fast . Only some thing to be improved is the shower , they should indicates which direction  for the "cold" and  " hot " shower respectively  . There are a lot of confusing and comment from other room guest who previously stayed here on this issue  . Give my honest opinion on this through Tripadvisor hotel review as below and surprisingly the hotel manager give a good respond ... to implement my proposal . Thumb up to the manager for this good and positive respond for the sake of room guest benefit  . Definitely I highly recommend , especially for Malaysians,  to booked and stayed at this wonderful hotel .

Another plus point if you would like to bring your kids to Transtudio , you can buy the tickets from the hotel with 10% discount ,  so enjoy your day !!!!!!!!!!!!

“Love this new clean budget hotel”

Stayed for 5D3N with 5 rooms . Like the hospitality of the staff and one of the hotel manager . The rooms was very clean with comfortable beds and high speed wifi plus wide choice of tv channels . The bfast was nice with wide spread of choices . The location is good , near ciwalk , jeans outlet and others. Recommended if you would like to bring your family to trans studio , buy the ticket at the hotel since they give you 10% discount . Something to improve , the indication of the shower to be indicate the direction for " hot " and " cold " water for easy usage since there are some issue from the past review . Thks

School holiday trip to Bandung 2015 ... The journey

This trip to Bandung starts with taking our first flight from Kuantan to KLIA , 6:40 am . Landed KLIA after flying for 30 min . MAS as usual have give us very good services with their charm and warm welcome and they still served us drinks and peanuts  . Took our luggage then proceed to KLIA ERL Express for KLIA2 . Reason why we proceed to KLIA2 is due to the Malindo Air flight take off to Bandung from this new low cost airport .

Our ride to KLIA2 just a few min with the fare of RM2 per person . This is our first time to KLIA2 and it is really amazing . The area is very huge and it has a concept of the shopping mall in the airport . It is really like the standard for premium flight rather than for low cost flight . Thanks to those who have this great ideas . The passengers can shopping with wide selection plus having their delicious meals offered at many of restaurant available over here . We have our breakfast at the food court , Quizinn and wait for my sister's family to arrived from Kuala Terengganu via AirAsia . Alhamdulillah , they safely arrived at 10 am . We sit there until 12:40 pm for our flight to Bandung . For info. from my previous experienced in Bandung , normally return tax 75k idr we pay at their airport before our departure but for Malindo Air , we have to pay up front with the equivalent of RM23 per person . For me , it is OK since it is more convenient .

Now this is the time to share our experienced with Malindo . The aircraft is still new and very clean with a  conveniently wide gap between the seats for your feet . The stewardess are friendly and have a warm smile ..... there are only ladies served you in flight and  no steward available ... good for man but not for women ..ha ha ha .
There are a lot of things to be improved . Among others , the schedule of departure and arrival always re-timed , this really troublesome to us since most of our grounds schedule will be affected . The selling of in flight foods is not user friendly compare to AirAsia , if you are new with Malindo , you don't have any ideas what they are selling ,,, perhaps with a simple pamphlets on the menu  will do . Other most important thing , they didn"t distribute the arrival card to their passengers as a result there are a long "Q"  at the Bandung airport just because of they asking for the cards and start to fill in . In my case , luckily I remember and get it from the stewardess right before the plane landed .
