This is our 2nd time stayed at this resort . We went for 2D1N holiday . The resort located at Besut , Terengganu and ideal place to stay while you have your transit before you go to Pulau Perhentian or Redang Island . The resort also located right to Bukit Keluang which is a popular beach and hill in Besut . The beach is clean , beautiful and you can swim at the sea . Beside that those who like to have jungle trekking you can explore this beautiful hill and watch the beautiful sunrise . From my visit , I can see a lot of tourist group doing their hiking at this area but I didn't try since we didn't bring the right gears .
There are more infrastructure introduced at the beach such as foods stall , toilet ...etc .. compared to my previous visit . Hopefully tourist and local authority keep on maintained and taking care of this good facilities . My comment ; please repair the bridge at the seaside towards the hill as this is one of the attraction over here .. its been destroyed due to wear and tear by the sea water especially during monsoon season .
A little bit on the resort , the design and layout look good . The lighting is eco friendly . The receptionist very friendly and reception concept is open . But the resort looks ageing , most of the room looks outdated with poor old blackboard TV signal reception . The bathroom is terrible and really need a maintenance . This is a real let down .... The garden and swimming pool looks great , but again the pools very dirty which is full of dirt , sand and leaves . With this all situation , I'm sure it will turn away all the tourists from coming back again which is great upset to this resort business .
Hope the hotel management will review and spends some budget to improve the situations . I believe with some maintenance , good housekeeping , a few facelift to the room , the resort will be made to come back . We don't mind to pay and spends the day more at the resort if the ambient is conducive . With great review from the guest , it will made more tourist flocking at this resort . Don't forget , beside your resort , your another main attraction is your location at Bukit Kluang hill and the scenic beach .
